Mortgage advice!

Thu Aug 03, 2017 10:56 am

I am planning to buy a home and I want to take a mortgage for that. There is an issue with my credit report. My credit score is not so good. It's an average value around 600. So, is it hard for me to get qualified for a mortgage?

How can I improve my credit score and get approved for a mortgage? And Can anyone suggest me the best mortgage for a first home buyer? Recently, I searched a lot to find a solution and came across some of the mortgage brokers in Toronto offering service to all according to the needs.

Can I approach them for a service? Have you heard about them? What if I approach a broker with my current credit score? Or should I wait a while to improve the credit score? Kindly share your suggestions so that I would be able to make a good decision. Thank you.
